This frame keeps its saves separately from the game's own site, and some browsers block saving inside an embedded frame. For a long run, open it in its own tab.
This one wants a keyboard, a mouse and a wide window, because it is a desktop full of draggable windows. It will load on a phone, but it was not built for one.

Halworth Systems: IT Support
You are the new day-shift IT support hire at Halworth Systems. Coworkers report faults through a chat client. Most of those faults are real IT problems, and some are not. You investigate, you decide, and at 17:00 your manager grades the shift from A+ to F. Last a month.

How it plays
- Somebody messages you in IntraChat. The ticket only reaches your desk once their opening line has landed, so the clock on it starts when you were told.
- Ask questions from the composer. Each one costs in-game minutes and may turn up a fact, and some unlock only after earlier ones.
- Corroborate before you act. Search the Knowledge Base, look the machine up in the Asset Registry, read the Event Viewer, watch the screen in the Remote Viewer. You only find evidence by going after it, and nothing on screen points at where it is.
- Resolve the ticket. The tension is Form 9-C: dispatch the Cleanup Crew against a living colleague and they are gone for the rest of the run. Three F grades and you are fired. Three wrongful dispatches and you are promoted.
