Ironcrawl
Your father took the crawler out for medicine and it came back without him. Board it, drive it, and climb down from it for everything else on a dead road with five locked gates.
The K-09 is a tracked crawler with a helm house, a deck and a ladder at each end, and you are the small figure in the red coat who has to finish the run it was on. It burns fuel only while it moves and you get hungry whether it moves or not, so every stop to scavenge a wreck or walk up to a mine is a trade. The gates are not menus: one wants a crate pushed under a watch post, one hides its code on roadside markers, one has to be reached by jumping from the helm house roof, one is a ravine with a crane rope swinging over it. Workshops past each gate fit upgrades and repaint the hull. Reaching Haven is the end of the first chapter, and the second takes the same crawler north into the snow, where the cold replaces hunger and three things have to be given up.

- 01
A and D or the arrows walk, and drive when you are at the helm. Space jumps; W jumps too, and climbs ladders. E takes or leaves the helm and uses whatever is in front of you.
- 02
Climb aboard by the ladder at either end. Tins are eaten where you find them; fuel cans and repair kits are carried two at a time and only count once they are aboard.
- 03
A red blinking light is a mine: park short, walk up and disarm it. A rockfall only breaks if you hit it at nearly full speed.
- 04
Mines, rockfalls and opened gates pay scrap. Spend it at the workshop past each gate, where paint and trim are free.
Keep playing.
